I've been to Wild Garlic a handful of times and its mostly because I love the variety of dishes that are offered at Elizabeths cafe. She is warm, welcoming, and carries a beautiful spirit about her that emanates throughout the small cafe.
Skip Panera Bread and Au Bon Pain, if you want real food made by someone who cares about food and people, your time will be better spent at Wild Garlic.
