Love this place. I feel so comfortable and they have so many different types of Yoga to choose from depending on how I'm feeling or what I'm looking for. Options for after work are great and the weekend ones. Everyone is very nice and inviting. The beginners package is perfect. Just try them out.
As I said to the owner of Repose this morning, my weekly yoga class there is the hi-light of my week. The space is naturally lit, spacious, and always very clean; the instructors are fabulous-- friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. The Vinyasa Flow classes are a regular part of my week and always leave me feeling refreshed, energized, and renewed... ready to return to my two young children. Thank you, Repose!!
Pause is a lovely, welcoming studio in the heart of downtown Amesbury. The setting is comfortable and soothing. Parking is easy to find and FREE!! The studio offers a variety of classes taught by experienced, talented teachers. Each has his or her own style, but all are accommodating of students with different experience levels. As a yoga teacher in training myself, much of what I learned from taking classes at Pause is going into my own teaching style. Thank you to Jennifer and all of the Pause teachers for offering such a gem so close to home.
Jennifer is an incredible yoga teacher. Of all the teachers I've worked with in 11 years and in 3 different cities, she is by far my favorite. She mixes up the sessions so each one is something new. Her extensive knowledge and constant desire to keep learning translates into a richness and depth in her classes that is unparalleled.
I can't say one bad thing about Pause Yoga. The studio is gorgeous and promotes relaxation, the staff/teachers are welcoming, friendly and helpful, the prices are reasonable, and the variety of classes and special events keep it fun and interesting. I was personally amazed when the owner called me to let me know that my 10-class card was about to expire and took the time to offer suggestions of classes I could attend to make sure I got use out of the whole card before the date was up. What a great business! Love Pause Yoga :)
