Car broke down and had to get the timing belt replaced. They did the work but the car never accelerated correctly. Our own mechanic said the belt was definitely off a tooth. We called BP and they said they would look but were going to charge us if nothing was wrong. It was clear that they would look, say nothing was wrong and charge us. We had our own mechanic look and it was wrong, drives so much better now. What happened to people standing behind their work?
Had a tire blow out pretty much in the parking lot. Needed a jack and an impact for my trailer for 10 minutes. Refused to help DO NOT give them any type of business. Really? Cant help someone out? Losers
Just had my truck inspected there on 12/8/2017.They put a "RED" reject sticker on it and said I had a bad rocker arm and ball joint and I am NOT allowed to drive the vehicle until I have it repaired. I drove to my mechanics place and he inspected it and said that is could be changed but it was NOT dangerous but ,because of the reject sticker I had to have it done. The BP station thought they had me and they would get the work ! This is so wrong and I had word with the owner ! Thanks for the $ 1,000 bill at Christmas time!
