Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. They hem my uniform pants while I wait and sew patches on in minutes!
Terrible service. I ordered boots there - deciding to buy local for better customer service - and they told me the boots would be in within a week. After 2 weeks I called and checked in, they told me 4 more days. 10 days later, I call again and they tell me the boot (that is on the shelf in the store) is a new model and won't be available for 3 months. No phone calls, nothing. What's the point of using this store if the prices are higher and they don't care about the customer? Awful. Never using them again. A 4 yr old could give me better service.
I needed new duty pants for an event on a weekend and came in on Friday afternoon, was waited on, measured, and got my pants hemmed to length in 20 minutes. You can't beat that service! Thanks Ben's!
