Went through the drive thru ordered some latte's and mocha all of them were good.

I understand not having a good attitude in the morning, but you all work at a breakfast joint and should show some sort of good attitude. Toasted bagel was more like burnt bagel and when I asked them to replace it they said they aren't allowed to unless I pay for a new one. So I asked if I could just have some ice for the drink I already had instead and they told me that it would cost around $0.15 for the ice. Each of these interactions were met with a significant amount of attitude from the girl at be counter. The only reason I didn't rate this Dunk's with 1 star is because my side of the dining room was clean. I will absolutely be avoiding this location in the future, and I would recommend others do the same thing as well.
My total bill was $3.36 so i Gave the cashier $10.36 for a coffee and 2 munchins. I purposely gave her the 31 cents because i hate getting pocket change. Well the cashier just neglected to give me my $7.00 in change back at all lol. i double checked my truck 2 times before i went in to make sure it wasnt my mistake.Within 2 minutes, I went in the store and told them what happened. they looked at me like i was a crimal pulling a fast one. I was told they have to check the cash at the end of the shift amd they would call me later if it was there mistake. I live 45 minutes away. I wasnt driving back for 7$. Either way, i will probally still go back for another 10$ coffee. At least the cashier was cute. Lol
